Returns & Cancellations

Clear return rules for shirts, replica jerseys, fanwear and supporter merchandise.

Return eligibility

Return requests should be made within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in the same condition received.

Final sale items

Personalised shirts, customised items, worn garments, washed garments, damaged-by-customer items and clearly marked final sale products are not eligible for return unless faulty.

Damaged or incorrect items

If something arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact support with your order number, checkout email, photos of the item and photos of the packaging or shipping label.

Cancellations

Orders can usually be cancelled only before fulfilment begins. Once an order is being packed or shipped, cancellation is no longer guaranteed.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to an error, damaged item or incorrect item. Original shipping, duties and customs fees are not refundable unless required by law.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Banks and payment providers can take 5-10 business days to show the refund.
