Pre-orders and split shipments
If a shirt is marked pre-order or backorder, it ships when stock is available. Mixed baskets may ship together or separately depending on fulfilment.
Wrong address or delays
Customers are responsible for entering the correct address. If a parcel is delayed, returned or misdelivered because of an address error, replacement or refund options may be limited.
